A few people have told me they just aren’t that into doing the ethereal, stand-on-a-mountain-in-the-sunset-in-a-flowy-dress maternity session. So, when it came to planning my dear friend Ashley’s maternity photos we decided to keep things relaxed and candid with a cozy set of photos in their Brentwood Bay home. No posing… they just gave me a tour of the nursery, played with their dog and made some dinner. The result was a lovely set of storytelling photos that show how much love was put into getting ready for the baby’s arrival. Best of all… now that the baby is born, I’m so excited to get a chance to take newborn photos and see how well Buddy is making out as a big fur-brother. Stay tuned!
