Zephyr Palace Wedding Photography Costa Rica // Megan & Ryan

We’ve had some truly awesome experiences this month, including the chance to capture Megan and Ryan’s chill, romantic, sweet, crazy-madly-in-love, wedding. Gwen photographed Megan and Ryan’s engagement session last year in Manuel Antonio and she immediately wrote to tell me how cool these guys were and how much fun we were going to have at their wedding. And it did not disappoint! These two surround themselves with some pretty awesome people. When Gwen and I got into the car at the end of the night we both said, almost at the same time, “that was a great night!”

We ask each of our couples to share their “how they met” story and the inspiration for their wedding. Here’s Megan & Ryan’s story:
“We met on a snowboarding trip through mutual friends. We spend a lot of time snowboarding and on hikes and walks with our German Shepherd, Kona. We also have a ridiculously busy social life with lots of friends’ weddings, parties and sports leagues. Costa Rica certainly inspired our wedding. We fell in love with Zephyr Palace when we went to visit so that has inspired our wedding too. ”

It made our day receiving Megan’s reaction to the sneak peak: “Wow wow wow! I can’t believe that is just the sneak peak. The day went by so incredibly fast so I’m so thankful to have these shots. Thank you both so much for your hard work and great energy. All of our guest raved about how great you both were.”
