Wedding Photography Workshop focused specifially on destination weddings. When I started my career I wanted to get paid to travel. I used my Search Engine Optimization skills to have my name listed high under search terms like "wedding photography cancun" or "wedding photography Costa Rica;" however, I wasn't getting bookings. I realized people wanted to see that I had photographed weddings in the tropics. It is true that it is a different beast to photograph weddings at destinations in the Caribbean than it is to photograph weddings at home - harsh sun, site scouting, planning and packing are all different. I decided to change my prices to break even on the First (and I only did this once) destination wedding I shot in Cuba. After I posted the Cuba pictures my destination wedding business took off... I booked five the first year and 15 last year - that's more than one per month in amazing locations around the world. This workshop will allow you lots of shooting time. That way you can build a destination wedding photography portfolio all while learning how to see and shoot differently. It will be a small class size and we'll have lots of opportunity for shooting.
